Free shipping is by UPS Ground to US 48 Contiguous States to one address in one shipment. PO Boxes and APO & FPO address need to go through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Methods

Below is an estimated number of business days depending on your shipping method. We have found this to be 95% accurate. Holidays take longer, especially the Christmas season. If you add a day or two to the shipping time you will have a good idea of how long it will take to receive your order.

UPS Overnight

Next business day, end of day.

UPS 2 Day Air

Does not include the day it is shipped. Orders usually ship within 24 business hours.

UPS 3 Day Express

Does not include the day it is shipped. Orders usually ship within 24 business hours.

On-time Guarantee

UPS Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day Shipping are guaranteed by UPS to arrive within the specified time. We will be glad to refund your shipping cost if we can verify with UPS that your order was not delivered within the specified time.

This does not include the day it was shipped, weekends or holidays or if there were mechanical or weather related delays, which UPS, FedEx and USPS consider beyond their control. We apologize, but this is at the discretion of the shipping company, not Cherry Lane Keepsakes and we cannot refund shipping in these instances.

Shipping Costs

If your shipping is not free, the rates are as follows.

Regular Shipping

$6.95 Flat Rate. It doesn't matter if your order weighs one pound or a thousand pounds; if your order is under $59, the order is shipped for $6.95. (UPS Ground Shipping)

Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day

Before you enter your billing information, you will see the cost of shipping.

APO Adresses, and PO Boxes:

Orders sent to APO Adresses, and PO Boxes can only be shipped through United States Postal Services. Unfortunately, there is no option for tracking these packages. Free Shipping does not apply to these orders.

Overnight Shipping

UPS Overnight or USPS Overnight (USPS if you have a PO or APO Boxes.) Available for most orders. See price at Check Out. Overnight shipping is not available for some areas of the country. We do not know which areas or cities these are until actually shipping the package. They still charge us the same but do not guarantee the overnight but two day. This is common in more rural areas of the United States.
